More about the project
Tech companies agreed to open their hard drives and share their experiences with us. Collaborators  include, in alphabetical order: Accenture, Google, Microsoft, Schneider Electric and ThoughtWorks (TW).
We also interviewed three consultancies specialized in developing initiatives and practices to help companies build more diverse teams and environments better prepared to welcome them. These consultancies are: Carambola, Indique Uma Preta and Instituto Identidades do Brasil (ID_BR).
About Olabi
Olabi is a third sector, social organization working in amplifying diversity in technology and other innovative areas since 2014. Since 2017, the NGO upholds PretaLab, a nationwide benchmark initiative in inclusion and diversity that focuses on Black women’s prominence in build the future. Olabi also advises companies about politics and initiatives in diversity and inclusion, such as Google Brazil, Aerolito, OLX and Update Institute, amongst others.
